Venue: New Glasgow Society, 1307 Argyle Street, Glasgow G3 8TL

Natural Capital can be defined as the world’s stocks of natural assets which include geology, soil, air, water and all living things. SEDA's most recent magazine focused closely on what makes this interdependent series of systems work, what doesn't and projects that attempt to repair it.

It is from this Natural Capital that humans derive a wide range of services, often called ecosystem services, which make human life possible.

Jonathan Hughes will present ideas, topics and thoughts on this issue ahead of an international conference in Edinburgh in November. Jonathan Hughes is Director of Conservation, Scottish Wildlife Trust, and a member of IUCN’s Global Council

See you there.
