SEDA Green Drinks (Glasgow) November 2013
SEDA Green Drinks (Glasgow)
Thursday 28th November 2013, 5.45pm for a 6pm start.
Architecture & Design Scotland (A+DS) Workshop, Level 2, The Lighthouse, Mitchell Lane, Glasgow
November's Green Drinks are going to be a little bit different...
You'll no doubt be glad to hear that we've been working hard on the next issue of the SEDA Magazine - being guest-edited by members Chris Stewart (Collective Architecture) and Nick Domminney (Gareth Hoskins Architects) - which asks Don’t Greens Hate Cities? and addresses the debate around ecology and cities, featuring an interview with journalist and author, Owen Hatherley, plus contributions from, among others, authors Jonathan Charley and Barnabas Calder and practitioners Matt McKenna and Jude Barber.
To launch this we'd like to invite you to join us from 5.45pm on Thursday 28th November at the A+DS Workshop 2nd floor of the Lighthouse, to hear a talk on this subject from our guest speaker, and then continue the chat and debate with informal drinks afterwards in Bar 10, which is just opposite the Lighthouse.
The launch of the Magazine is being held jointly by the Scottish Ecological Design Association and Urban Design Group.
See you there.
