100 Sustainable Scottish Buildings | A SEDA publication

In partnership with the 2016 Festival of Architecture

Invitation to Submit

As part of the year of Architecture and Design SEDA is publishing 100 Sustainable Scottish Buildings, a glossy hardback visual and written resource that demonstrates the diversity found in sustainable projects in Scotland tnat will be punctuated by a series of essays on the subject of sustainability.

The aim is to communicate that sustainability does not translate into a particular aesthetic or a particular design approach. 100 Sustainable Scottish Buildings is not a list of the top one hundred, rather it will highlight the benefits and evolving practice of sustainable design through evidence and comparison.

Nominations are invited for buildings and projects of any size, type and age. A nomination can be made by anyone, for a project with which they have been intimately involved or one they have just admired from afar.

Successful projects will be included in 100 Sustainable Scottish Buildings, which is due to be published in late 2016.

If you would like to receive notifications in advance of the submission deadline as well as an invitation to the launch event, or if you have any questions, please contact us at:  sustainablescottishbuildings@gmail.com.
