Jonathan Hines, Chair of Passivhaus Trust Scotland, and MD of Architype, one of the UK’s leading Passivhaus architects will give an update of the Passivhaus Trust activities across UK and in Scotland, and share Architype’s experiences of applying Passivhaus to large scale projects.

Jonathan will illustrate the challenges and benefits that Architype has encountered in proposing, delivering and monitoring Passivhaus in primary and secondary schools, university buildings, archive and repository stores, and large scale residential projects in England and Wales.

Given the Scottish Government’s ambitious climate change targets, he will question why larger scale Passivhaus hasn’t yet taken off in Scotland, and explore how we might change this?

Opportunities for shout outs sharing your Passivhaus projects - bring max 5 slides for 5 mins contribution!

Free entrance – there will be light refreshments available from 6pm for those that come early!
